Cookie Policy
This page lists every cookie and piece of browser storage this website uses, what each one is for, and how long it lasts.
What cookies and storage are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We also use your browser's local and session storage, which works the same way. We group everything we use into four categories:
- Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work and to remember your privacy choice. These are always on and cannot be switched off.
- Functional — support a feature you chose to use, such as the on-site assistant. They stay on your device and are not used for tracking.
- Analytics — first-party measurement that helps us understand how the site is used. These are set only if you allow analytics in the cookie banner.
- Advertising — the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, a third-party tracker that helps us measure our advertising and show you relevant ads. These are set only if you allow marketing cookies in the cookie banner.
The cookies and storage we use
Managing your choices
Analytics and advertising cookies and storage are set only after you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link (shown as Your Privacy Choicesin California) in the site footer, and you can clear all cookies and storage at any time through your browser's settings. We also honour a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal from your browser as a request to keep analytics and advertising off. Turning off non-essential cookies does not stop you using the site.
Third-party cookies (embedded video)
Some performance pages embed a video player from YouTube or Vimeo. We use each provider's privacy-enhanced mode — YouTube's no-cookie domain and Vimeo's Do-Not-Track setting — so opening a video does not set a tracking cookie. If you choose to play a video, that provider may then set its own third-party cookies on your device. Those services are governed by their own privacy and cookie policies, not ours.
